Hi, I’m Erica —
I am strength coach, movement motivator, and no-fluff wellness guide for adults over 50 who hate exercise, never do it, or gave it up a long time ago… and now feel like their body is starting to let them down.
Here’s the truth:
It’s not your age. It’s your muscles.
And that means we can rebuild — safely, simply, and at your pace.
I’ve spent over 20 years in health, wellness, and education — from phys ed teacher to personal trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga instructor. I’ve also trained in Reiki energy healing, because I believe strength isn’t just physical — it’s emotional and energetic, too.
What I do now is help adults who are feeling slower, stiffer, and secretly afraid of falling — whether it’s slipping on the stairs, catching their foot on a curb, or just losing confidence in their own balance.
You don’t have to love exercise. You don’t really need a gym.
You just need a coach who gets it — and a plan that works in real life.
