Hi, I'm Erica!
A few years ago, I found myself in a super-stuck, 'what’s next?' moment in my life. I turned toward energy healing and movement — and it changed everything.
This experience ignited my passion for guiding women to realize they are stronger than they believe. It set me on a path of holistic healing.
My journey has been multifaceted – from physical education teacher and personal trainer to nutrition coach, reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, and weight loss cheerleader. With each role, I've gained insights and skills that have enriched my holistic approach to health. Through my own ups and downs, I've learned that true health, happiness, and healing come from a holistic approach that nourishes mind, body, and spirit.
